I am a New Orleans based full stack developer. I am versed in a variety of programming languages, but my focus is the MEAN stack with Ionic/Cordova for mobile integration.

I have many interests but a fascination with the latest technologies has been a constant. My first career was as an Emergency room physician and it was very rewarding. I decided to seek out new challenges and explore coding and learned that I loved it.

I enjoy keeping up with the latest trends in web development while continuing to deepen my knowledge of the MEAN stack. I love making apps intuitive and fun to explore.

I am an ER doctor and worked in rural areas to provide health care to populations in need
When I was a kid, I programmed a lot on a Timex-Sinclair ZX81
I love hiking and have led week long treks into the Catskill Mountains
I was a private pilot in high school - flew Cessnas around the Michoud area (NASA facility)
I am a scuba diver and have explored the two largest barrier reefs in the world (off the coast of Belize and off the eastern coast of Australia)
I was a competitive sailor in college - raced FJs, 420s, J-24s, Tech Dingys, Stars, and Lasers
I had the pleasure of living out my dream to be like Indiana Jones and participated in multiple archaeological expeditions around the world
I enjoy cross-fit high intensity exercise and multiple martial arts including Krav Maga, Karate, Judo, and the art of Japanese sword fighting - Bushido
I take pleasure in playing intense board games - like Arkham Horror, Pandemic, and 7 Wonders
I love role playing games of all types from pen and paper Dungeon and Dragons to MMORPG's like Star Wars The Old Repulic
I love Classic Sci-fi and prefer old fashioned special effects and models to CGI
I would love to go to Mars
